Analysis, a first version, then ongoing support.

We introduce automation and AI at your company in three phases, each at a fixed price agreed in writing. After each phase, you decide whether to go on.

You can stop after any phase.

  1. Analysis

    about 2–3 weeks
    More: Analysis

We find the processes worth automating.

    • A joint session at your company or by video
    • We rate your processes by effort and benefit
    • A plan of what pays off and what it costs

Want to check for yourself first? Go to the potential check 5 questions · about 3 minutes

  2. Implementation

    about 4–8 weeks
    More: Implementation

    We automate the first process.

    • At the start, we plan access to your programs and any approvals needed
    • A first version with your real data
    • Connected to your programs
    • Introduction and training for your team
  3. Operation

    ongoing
    More: Operation

We keep looking after the process.

    • We get a message when a process gets stuck
    • The next process each month, if you want
    • Hand-over to your team, if you prefer

Questions about AI and automation.

What processes can be automated?

Good candidates come up often, follow fixed rules and move data from one program to another. Typical examples are incoming invoices, order entry, reports and quotes, such as a quote for an enquiry that arrives with a drawing. Whether it pays off at your company is what the free initial call is for.

How do we implement AI in our business?

We start with one process. The free initial call comes first, then the analysis and a first version with your real data. After each phase, you decide whether to continue.

How much does AI cost for a business?

The initial call and the process check are free. After that, each phase has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Once we have spoken, we can give you a range; it depends on the process and your programs. We list running costs for AI and servers, and any higher plan a program needs, separately up front.

Do we have to switch software?

No. We connect what you already use, for example your business software, DATEV or your inbox. Some connections need a higher plan, an extra licence or your tax adviser’s approval. We tell you before we start, and we also tell you if one of your programs stands in the way.

Where is our data processed?

For the parts we build, you decide. Many processes need no AI at all. Where one does, we can use an AI in a data centre in the EU or on your own server. Data in other companies’ software, such as your online shop, stays where that software maker stores it. The demos, the potential check and the AI reply in this website’s chat use an AI in the USA. In the demos and the chat you can switch to our AI in Germany.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Where it counts, a person decides. Your team sends every reply to a customer, and your accounting team decides what gets booked. Someone on your team reads internal reports first; the software sends them on its own only if you want that. If something doesn’t add up, the software asks and logs every step.

Who is behind this?

Jannis Dietrich and Dominik Klossika, two founders with equal roles. We are based in Ulm, Germany, and both study computer science at Ulm University. We build everything we offer ourselves, so you talk directly to the people who do the work.
