How it often runs today

Many requests are about the same errors. The answer is in a manual, an old request or the heads of a few colleagues, and whoever replies pieces it together.

What the software does

A sidebar sits next to the request. In it, the software checks device and warranty, finds similar cases and writes a draft reply with its source. Your team moves the draft into the reply field, edits it if needed and sends it.

Typical software

  • Zendesk on the Professional plan or higher, or a similar program for customer requests
  • Manuals, for example in Confluence
  • Business software with devices and warranty

What it is made of
  • Sidebar in the program you already use

The suggestions appear to the right of the request, in the program your team already works in. On smaller Zendesk plans, the software adds the draft to the request as an internal note that only your team can see.

  • All the knowledge in one place

We gather manuals and solved requests in one place, in the EU or on your own server, and fetch the latest version every night. We only read the sections you give us access to. If you like, the AI also writes its drafts in a data centre in the EU.

  • Replies with sources

Every suggestion names the manual page or earlier request it is based on. If the AI finds nothing that fits, it says so.

Common questions
  • Does the AI send replies by itself?

No. It writes a draft in the sidebar. Your team moves it into the reply field, edits it if needed and sends it.

  • What are the suggestions based on?

Your manuals and solved requests. The sidebar shows the source, such as “Service manual WP 9, p. 42”. If the AI finds nothing that fits, it says so.

  • Which Zendesk plan do we need?

Professional or higher for the sidebar. On smaller plans, the draft appears as an internal note on the request. A similar program for customer requests works too.
