How it is built.

How it often runs today

The figures sit in several programs. Every week someone downloads them, copies them into a template and looks for what stands out.

What the software does

Early on Monday the software fetches the figures, compares them with last week and builds the report. An AI writes three sentences on what stands out. Before the report goes to management, someone on your team reads it.

Typical software

  • Shopify (online shop)
  • Xentral (orders and warehouse)
  • HubSpot (customer records)
  • Excel sheet in SharePoint

What it is made of
  • Connections to your programs

We connect Shopify, Xentral and HubSpot directly; with Xentral, this currently needs the Business plan or higher. The software reads the production spreadsheet from SharePoint.

  • Fixed calculation rules

The software calculates by fixed rules you can check. The AI only writes about figures already in the report.

  • Delivery by email

Your team sends the report by email once someone has read it. If you like, it goes to management by itself every Monday at 7:00.

Common questions
  • Does the report go out by itself?

Only if you want it to, and then every Monday at 7:00 to management. Otherwise someone on your team reads it and sends it.

  • Can the AI get the figures wrong?

The software calculates the figures by fixed rules you can check. The AI only writes the three sentences, using figures already in the report.

  • Which programs can you connect?

In this example Shopify, Xentral, HubSpot and an Excel sheet in SharePoint; Xentral currently needs the Business plan or higher. We connect other programs directly where they allow it, otherwise through files.
